Proflight Zambia is adding extra scheduled flights on its domestic and regional routes this festive season to help travellers visit family and friends, and explore the country during the holidays.
Travelling during the festive season can be challenging at times with customers trying to get to their destinations for holiday cheer, only to find limited schedules. The additional flights by the regional airline offer peace of mind to vacationers making travel plans during this period.
Proflight Zambia is adding extra scheduled flights on its domestic and regional routes this festive season to help travellers visit family and friends, and explore the country during the holidays.
Travelling during the festive season can be challenging at times with customers trying to get to their destinations for holiday cheer, only to find limited schedules. The additional flights by the regional airline offer peace of mind to vacationers making travel plans during this period.
“With the festive season almost upon us, we are excited to announce additional flights on our Lusaka-Johannesburg route during this period, bringing the frequency up to 21 return flights per week. And we are also pleased to recommence Ndola-Joburg direct flights on December 5,” said Proflight Zambia Director Flight Operations Captain Josias Walubita.
“Extra flights have also been added on all our domestic routes to increase capacity for the festive period to meet the increased demand and help our passengers explore Zambia during the holidays,” he added.
This year’s festive season will be the first one with a minimal level of constraints since easing of COVID-19 travel restrictions. Proflight has high expectations for the local aviation industry to grow and increase passenger numbers going into the next year.
“We’ve had another busy year at Proflight and are grateful for everyone’s continued support as we head into 2023,” said Capt. Walubita.
