Proflight Zambia uses an automated reservation system which can be accessed online or by over 20,000 travel agents around the world who are connected to the Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan, Apollo or Sabre reservation systems. Please note that most travel agents charge a Ticket Service fee. Proflight Zambia is member of IATA ticketing territories in ARC USA, BSP Zambia, South Africa, Namibia, Lesotho, Swaziland, Malawi, Botswana, Kenya, Tanzania, UK.
For all other territories/countries, where there is a Proflight flight included in the itinerary travel agents can book Proflight seats using our interline ticketing partners Air Tanzania, Cemair, Emirates Airlines, Ethiopian, Hahn Air, Kenya Airways, Qatar, RwandAir and South African Airways.
Travel agents may also issue a Proflight Zambia ticket (659/P0) where the itinerary includes a Proflight Zambia flight and one of the following airlines : Air Tanzania, Cemair, Ethiopian, Kenya Airways, RwandAir, flySafair and South African Airways.

We have Ticket Offices at each of the following airports: Solwezi, Lusaka, Livingstone, Mfuwe, Kasama, and Ndola Airport. These offices are generally open 90 minutes prior to scheduled flight departure times only. If you wish to make or change a booking outside this period we suggest you

The next screen will display the available flights and lowest fare on the date you requested – you will also see a selection of earlier and later dates.
In this example the lowest fare is 1227 Kwacha one-way and there are seats available for flights departing Lusaka at 06:30h, 11:30h and 17:30h. Fares displayed include all taxes.
Next select the flight you want by clicking on the radio button- in this example we have selected the 11:30 h flight.
Carefully read the benefits relating to each of the available Fare types and click the 'Select this fare' for the fare that best meets your requirements – in this example Firecracker. Then click 'Next'
A summary of your booking is displayed in the Shopping Basket:
Complete the Personal Details and choose how you wish to make payment. Hint: Save time the next time you book online by clicking on the 'REMEMBER ME' box.
If you are paying online you will now be transferred to the PCI compliant secure site of your payment service provider, DIRECT PAY ONLINE.
You're ready to Fly!
Once the payment has been made we will automatically issue your e-ticket and send it to you by e-mail within 10-15
minutes.
Very occasionally the internet connection drops and while payment has been made a ticket has not been issued.
If you have paid by credit card and do not receive your e-ticket within one hour please e-mail reservations@proflight-zambia.com and report that you have not yet received a ticket. Include your name and the flight(s) that you booked.
Minors under 18 years travelling to/from South Africa must also comply with South African Immigration Laws – click here for more information.
If you are a 'person of size' and you cannot fit comfortably in a 17-inch wide seat on our 12, 29 and 50 seat commuter aircraft, you are advised to book an extra 'Comfort Seat'. It's not possible to book a 'Comfort Seat' online or through a travel agent -you must book directly with the Proflight Reservations, e-mail reservations@proflight-zambia.com.
The additional seat will be booked with the actual name of the passenger as the Last/Surname and COMFORTSEAT as the First Name. The lowest available Adult fare will apply and there is no checked baggage allowance associated with the purchase of an extra Comfort seat.
