If you are a ‘person of size’ and you cannot fit comfortably in a 17-inch wide seat on our aircraft, you are advised to book an extra ‘Comfort Seat’. It’s not possible to book a ‘Comfort Seat’ online or through a travel agent -you must book directly with the Proflight Zambia Reservations, e-mail reservations@proflight-zambia.com.
The additional seat will be booked with the actual name of the passenger as the Last/Surname and COMFORTSEAT as the First Name. The lowest available Adult fare will apply and there is no checked baggage allowance associated with the purchase of an extra Comfort seat.
Proflight Zambia uses an automated reservation system which can be accessed online or by over 20,000 travel agents around the world who are connected to the Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan, Apollo or Sabre reservation systems. Please note that most travel agents charge a Ticket Service fee. Proflight Zambia is member of IATA ticketing territories in BSP Zambia, Botswana, Kenya, Lesotho, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, UK, Zimbabwe and ARC USA.
For all other territories/countries, where there is a Proflight Zambia flight included in the itinerary travel agents can book Proflight Zambia seats using our interline ticketing partners Air Tanzania, Cemair, Emirates Airlines, Ethiopian Airlines, Hahn Air, Kenya Airways, Qatar Airways, RwandAir, South African Airways and Turkish Airlines

The next screen below will display the available flights and lowest fare on the date you requested – you will also see a selection of earlier and later dates.
In this example the lowest fare on the date you selected is is 3.543 Kwacha one-way and there are seats available for flights departing Lusaka at 14:00 h, 16:45h and 17:30h. Fares displayed include all taxes.
Next select the flight you want by clicking on the radio button- in this example we have selected the 16:45 h flight.
Please note that fares change depending on demand and that the fare is not guaranteed until the flight has been booked and paid. If you are simply doing a 'price check' remember that the fare may not be the same if you check later on. Click 'NEXT' to continue the booking process.
The next screen will give you the opportunity of choosing your seat onboard so that you can sit near family or colleagues.
