Book Online, Pay Online

Proflight Zambia accepts Visa & MasterCard (credit & debit cards), PayPal, South African bank EFT and a number of African mobile money systems for online sales. Our payment service provider, Direct Pay Online uses the most advanced online security & fraud prevention systems and is PCI compliant. Online bookings may be made up to one hour before departure.

If you are booking from a computer with a Zambian IP address, the charges will go through to your credit/debit card as currency Zambian Kwacha. If from a South African IP address, the charges will go through as currency South African Rand. If from any other IP address, the charges will go through as currency United States Dollar. If your flight is departing within 5 days you must make immediate payment by one of the payment cards listed above.

Book Now, Pay Later

If your flight is departing in more than 5 days you may use the 'Book Now-Pay Later' option. Make your flight booking online and select the 'Book Now, Pay Later' option.

We'll send you an e-mail with a Provisional Booking Confirmation and a Payment Deadline time limit. Any time before the Payment Deadline listed on the Provisional Booking Confirmation you must pay for your ticket using any of the following methods:

• Use Manage My Booking on the home page, flyzambia.com to complete online payment using a credit card, debit card, SidEFT or PayPal
• Pay by cash or Visa/Mastercard at any Proflight sales office in Zambia
• Pay by Airtel, MTN, Zamtel or SPENN Mobile Money through Kazang at any Proflight sales office in Zambia
• Pay by company or personal cheque at any Proflight sales office in Zambia (all personal cheques must be pre-approved. Contact Proflight for more information)
• Pay by Bank Transfer (see below)
• Note all sales in Zambia are transacted in Zambian Kwacha currency only

Customers with a Zambian Bank Account

Customers with a Zambia bank account may now pay for flight tickets by bank transfer provided the booking is made online or directly with a Proflight sales office or Call Centre.

Step 1: For flights more than 5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) book online and select ‘Book Now-Pay Later’ option, or book at any Proflight sales office or contact Reservations.

Step 2: Take special note of the amount due and the 6-character Booking Ref for your flight.

Step 3: Deposit payment to the Proflight ZMW accounts below.  

Step 4: Scan the Proof of Payment from the bank and e-mail it to reservations@proflight-zambia.com. We’ll issue your e-ticket when the funds are in the Proflight account.

Step 5: If your e-ticket has not been received within 24 hours of having sent the Proof of Payment, please contact reservations@proflight-zambia.com; you should also check your Spam folder.

It is important to include the Proflight booking reference and your contact phone number on the deposit slip. If the Proof of Payment is not received by email before the Ticketing Time Limit, the seats will automatically cancel. Proflight is not responsible for any delays in the transfer procedure and additional or consequential loss.

Instant SidEFT -South African personal bank account holders only

SidEFT  (Secure Instant deposit) is a secure payment service that allows you to pay for your Proflight ticket directly from your personal South African bank account.

• When you make a ‘Book Now, Pay Now’ booking online, you’ll need to select the ‘PAY BY SidEFT' option and follow the steps to log into your Internet banking service. The approved payment is instantly debited from your account and credited to Proflight; your e-ticket will be automatically sent to you by e-mail.
• If you make a  ‘Book Now, Pay Later’ booking on our website or if you make a provisional (unpaid) booking at a Proflight office, you’ll need to use the ‘Manage My Booking’ tab on the Proflight home page to make payment.
• Choose the ‘Pay Now’ and then the BOOK NOW, PAY NOW by SidEFT’ option. The SidEFT payment option only applies to bookings made on the Proflight website or a Proflight office but not through a travel agent.
