Proflight online payments are processed by Direct Pay Online a global e-commerce and online shopping services provider headquartered in Ireland. The company provides state of the art online facilities supporting real-time shopping and payments that in-corporate multi card, multi-currency, mobile money and PayPal services.
The company developed and operate an advanced web-based technology and includes real-time risk management facilities as part of its shopping and payments processes.
When you book online with Proflight or make payment by credit card with a travel agent in Zambia, UK or USA the transaction will be shown as 'DIRECT PAY'. If you have any questions please contact us on reservations@proflight-zambia.com.
Cardholders not travelling are advised to give the passenger (s) a scanned copy/photo of the front of the payment card or a dated letter of authorisation ( to include the passenger names and the payment card number). To minimise fraud, the check-in staff may make random checks of payment cards; fraudulent use of a payment card is considered a criminal offence.
In an effort to prevent fraud your credit card issuer may require you to verify your online booking using a system called 3D Secure. This process is known as Visa Secure or Mastercard Identity Check, depending on your credit card type. Implementation is managed by the card issuing banks and not by merchants such as Proflight Zambia.
After you have entered your credit card details you may be directed the to an authentication page on your bank’s website, where you’ll be asked to enter a password associated with the card or a One-Time-PIN code sent to you phone.
In this example the bank requires the user to enter a password.
In this example the user must enter a ‘One Time PIN’ confirmation code sent to their mobile phone.
