CATERING

For domestic flights our onboard service consists of a complimentary selection of beverages including water, soft drinks, tea and freshly perculated Zambian coffee. On afternoon flights only, we serve beer and wine with a choice locally produced Zambian snacks.

For international flights our onboard service consists of a cold light meal and desert with a selection of beverages including water, soft drinks, tea and coffee, beer, and wine.

SAFETY

While punctuality is important, it is your safety that is our primary concern. We require that you comply with the crew’s instructions at all times.

Emergency procedures are there to keep you safe. That is why our cabin crew makes sure every passenger understands them before takeoff.

Safety features vary by aircraft type and we ask you to pay special attention to the safety briefing and to read the Passenger Briefing Card in the seat pocket or in the pocket adjacent to your seat.
