Proflight Zambia – the country’s largest airline by routes served and fleet size, as one of the most loved airlines in the world, according to a study conducted on major airlines across the world.
The study by Australian foreign exchange service by S Money, was conducted using an AI Sentiment tool that measured the perception of people by collecting both positive and negative tweets that mentioned the airline, ranking the airlines with the highest percentage of positive tweets against those with the most negative tweets.
