Proflight Zambia’s Valentine’s competition winner Mungule Sepa Mwale flew with her husband and kids for a family getaway to Livingstone last week.

After winning two return flights in Proflight’s Valentine’s Day social media competition last month, Mungule was geared to fly for a getaway with her husband and kids on a holiday to Zambia’s tourist capital of Livingstone.

“It’s always nice to get away as a family. Livingstone being a tourist capital is a beautiful destination to have lots of fun and engage in activities as family,” she said.

“Thanks to Proflight for making this happen and giving us warm hospitality and welcome aboard. We really enjoyed our flights on the CRJ jet aircraft, especially that my husband and I were flying with our two kids.”

Mungule, a real-estate realtor, is married to Mr Mwale. They planned their holiday ahead and the Valentine’s prize flights complemented they travel and allowed them to save. Having planned to go with their children, the couple booked two return flights for them too using the airline’s child discounts.

“On our flight to Livingstone we loved the chitenge look aboard. It’s a very good initiative to add chitenge to the airline’s colours and makes people know that flying is for everyone, either local or international. It made us feel Zambian,” she added.

Once they arrived at Harry Mwangala International Airport in Livingstone, Mungule and her husband with their kids checked in at Mose Street Apartments, which is approximately 7km from the mighty Victoria Falls.

While in Livingstone the family saw the Victoria Falls, Mukuni Big Five, and had a relaxing time at the waterfront.

Mungule encouraged Proflight to continue engaging with its followers on various platforms.
