How it works
Each time you make a booking online, with a Proflight office or with a travel agent you must quote your Mbasela Club membership number. Your membership number must be included in your flight booking before you check in for your flight otherwise you will not earn Miles. Please note that Miles are credited approx 48 hrs after each flight and not when you make a booking. NOTE: It is not possible to 'back date' Milage claims.
When you book online you must remember to Sign In before you complete your booking otherwise your Miles will not be recorded.

Membership of the Mbasela Club is open to anyone over 12 years of age; Child and Infant fares do not qualify for Mbasela Club Miles.

Classic Membership Card
When you have registered ten flights using your Mbasela Club card we will arrange to send you a plastic membership card which can be collected at the Proflight office in the departures concourse at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport Lusaka. Please note that the membership number is sufficient – you don’t need the actual card when you make a booking.
Temporary Membership CardYou can print a PDF version of your membership card which you can keep with you as a reminder of your Mbasela Club membership number. Remember, it is essential that your number is entered in every booking because it’s not possible to get credit for previous flights.
